1. Information we collect

When you submit a consultation enquiry we collect the details you provide: your name, job title, company name, corporate email address, phone or WhatsApp number, company size, the areas of interest and business needs you select, and any message you choose to add.

We also record whether you provided consent and the date and time that consent was given.

When you browse the website or the demonstration environment we may collect basic technical information such as pages viewed and approximate session activity.

2. Why we process your information

To respond to your enquiry, arrange and prepare for a consultation, and explain how TrustEdge services may fit your organisation.

To maintain a record of enquiries and consent, and to improve the clarity and reliability of our website and product information.

3. Legal basis and consent

We process enquiry information on the basis of the consent you provide when submitting the form. Consent for enquiry handling is requested separately from any optional marketing communication and is never pre-selected.

You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us using the privacy contact method below.

4. How your information is used

Your information is used by the TrustEdge team to contact you and prepare relevant material for your consultation. We do not sell your information, and we do not use enquiry information for automated decision-making about you.

5. Sharing and service providers

We may share information with service providers who host our website, database and communication tools strictly so they can provide those services to us. Providers are required to protect the information and use it only for that purpose.

We may disclose information where required by applicable law or a valid legal request.

6. Data retention

Information submitted through the consultation form will be retained for up to 12 months after the most recent interaction with TrustEdge. After this period, the information will be deleted or anonymized unless an active business relationship continues, applicable law requires longer retention, the information is required for the resolution of a dispute, or a valid deletion request requires earlier action.

7. Security

Information is stored in access-controlled systems. Enquiry records can only be read by authorised TrustEdge personnel. Documents submitted inside the product are held in private storage and are never publicly accessible.

Access is limited to authorized TrustEdge personnel who require the information to respond to business enquiries, administer consultation requests, handle privacy requests, maintain system security, or comply with legal obligations. Relevant technology and hosting service providers may process the information only on TrustEdge's instructions and subject to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.

8. Your rights

Individuals may submit requests for access, a copy, correction, updating, restriction of processing, withdrawal of consent, or deletion of their personal data by contacting samuel@mytrustedge.com.

The request should include the individual's full name, the email address used when contacting TrustEdge, the type of request, and sufficient information to help TrustEdge locate the relevant data. TrustEdge may request limited additional information to verify the requester's identity and prevent unauthorized disclosure.

TrustEdge will record, review, and respond to the request within the period required by applicable law. Where a right is subject to a statutory period under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law, the relevant action will be completed no later than 3 × 24 hours after the request and any necessary identity verification have been received.

TrustEdge will notify the requester of the outcome or explain any lawful reason why the request cannot be fulfilled, including where retention remains required by law or is necessary for the resolution of a dispute.

9. Cookies and analytics

We use only the storage necessary to operate the website and to remember basic preferences such as your chosen language and demonstration settings. Analytics, where used, is limited to aggregated usage information and is not used to identify you personally.

10. Demonstration data

The MyTrustEdge and TrustEdge HR Intelligence demonstration experiences use fictional employee, provider, claim and financial data created for illustration. No real personal or medical data is used in the demonstration environment.
